FAQ's & Support

Get In Touch With Us.

The BM 2500 is designed for concrete pipe diameters from 600 mm to 2500 mm, with the final range determined by the selected mould and machine configuration.

Semi-dry concrete is fed into the mould while the internal vibration system applies controlled high-frequency vibration to compact and form the concrete around the core.

The BM vertical vibration process is designed around half-dry concrete mixes. The final mix design should be selected according to the required pipe application, strength and local material conditions.

The machine integrates electrically actuated vibration, hydraulic functions and PLC-based control with a digital display for centralized operation and monitoring.

Depending on the mould and configuration, the machine can be used for concrete pipes and related precast products such as manhole risers and other engineered concrete components.
